These Terms of Service govern your use of the SADRIA website and any purchases made through it.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

2. ORDERS

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or description errors, delivery restrictions or suspected misuse of the website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your order.

Shipping costs, applicable taxes and other charges payable to SADRIA will be shown before you complete your purchase where required.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and service providers made available at checkout.

4. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and prices are accurate.

The appearance of colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and the characteristics of the materials used. These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to its description or the agreement.

Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued without notice. Changes to products or prices do not affect orders already accepted by us.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Any stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with SADRIA until the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

Returns and withdrawals are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Certain goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not conform to the agreement, you retain all remedies available under applicable consumer law. EU consumers benefit from a minimum two year legal guarantee for goods.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies removes or restricts any mandatory statutory rights.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

All content on the SADRIA website, including photographs, films, text, graphics, product designs, logos and other material, is owned by SADRIA, DELTA PRODUCTIONS ApS or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use services provided by payment processors, shipping companies, analytics providers, social media platforms and other third parties.

Third party websites and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third party websites or services to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit our responsibility for fulfilling our obligations to you in connection with purchases made from SADRIA.

10. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

If we discover a material error relating to a product, price or order, we may correct the error and, where necessary, contact you regarding the affected order. If an order is cancelled because of such an error, any amount already paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

11. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SADRIA is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were not caused by a breach of our obligations, or arose from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These limitations do not affect your statutory consumer rights or any remedy available to you under mandatory law.

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal obligations.

Changes will apply prospectively from the date they are published.

The terms applicable to an existing purchase will not be changed retrospectively to reduce rights you already have, except where required by law or agreed with you.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and purchases made through SADRIA are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have under mandatory law regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.

16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint concerning a purchase, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
