Shipping Policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods, processing may take up to five business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

All shipments are handled by Post Nord for Denmark and DHL for international sales orders.

Estimated delivery times:

• Denmark: 1–2 business days

• Sweden: 1–4 business days

• Norway: 1–5 business days

• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

• USA: 1–10 business days

• Australia: 3–8 business days

• EU (general): 1–3 business days

• Rest of World: 2–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email from Post Nord or DHL. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. SADRIA has no control over these costs and cannot estimate them in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Package Redirection

For security reasons, we are unable to redirect packages after they have left our warehouse.
