Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear or damage beyond initial trying-on may not be eligible for return. If the product arrives back to us damaged, your right to return will be void.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@sadriametals.com. If approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not cover the cost of returns unless we have made an error in fulfilling your order. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
To prevent fraud, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not refund customs duties or VAT on orders shipped outside the EU.

If a package is refused or undeliverable, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
