All orders placed before 14pm CET will be shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following monday. You will receive a tracking email, as soon as your package has been shipped.
Denmark: Free shipping on all orders.
Norway: 100 NOK. Free shipping on all orders above 699 NOK.
Sweden: 100 SEK. Free shipping on all orders above 699 SEK.
UK: £10. Free shipping on all orders above £70.
US: $15. Free shipping on all orders above $90.
EU countries: €15. Free shipping on all orders above €70.
Rest of the world*: €15. Free shipping on all orders above €70.
All the listed product prices, delivery costs and other costs include danish taxes and value-added taxes.
Please note, that in case of delivery outside the EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Denmark. If you have any questions in regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office. If you are shopping from United Kingdom or Norway, then all prices are final and there will be no further VAT or customs charges added later.

We reserve the right to gather orders with the same delivery address in one shipment to minimize use of packaging.
There is only free shipping on orders of a certain value during sale periods. Delivery may also take longer than usual.
We reserve the right to change the prices and are subject to any printing errors, sold items and price changes.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
We do all we can to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred before you receive the products, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces.
If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewellery and we will exchange the damaged pieces.
Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.
If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us.
